When i try to connect with my platform showing following message

This error message often shows up when you attempt to connect to a practice-enabled app using a regular FreeAgent company account. We’d expect users who interact with these apps to be on practice dashboard accounts. If you have a practice dashboard account, please ensure you’re using those credentials.
