What technologies is FreeAgent developed in

If possible can you please let me know what the FreeAgent website is
developed in, i.e. what software tools/database/GUI etc. I am considering
using the FreeAgent API to create a reporting tool and are doing some
preliminary research. It would maybe be useful to know what is being used
at the moment to build add-ons and the FreeAgent site itself. Thank you.

This is a pretty random question. The whole point of the api is that it’s
delivered on a common standard so you can build your app or website in
whatever stack you want.

I do have a similar but more specific question. What powers your graphing
used on the homepage and banking pages? On 7 October 2013 22:45, Olly H olly@freeagent.com wrote:

Hello Michael

The tech we use for the website and our app (which are separate things)
are not really relevant to consumers of the API. You can write API clients
in anything from Objective-C to Java to PHP!

That said, to answer your question we use Ruby to develop the FreeAgent
application.

Oh really. Thanks for the info.

Don’t Goolge offer a free to use js based charting library that would do
pretty much the same? Or does High Charts have something over the
competition?On 8 October 2013 09:22, Olly Headey olly@freeagent.com wrote:
