Hello!
I’ve just noticed that the non-numeric VAT values in the web interface no longer include N/A, but do now include Exempt and Out of Scope.
Is N/A no longer valid?

Hi!
That’s right. We’ve replaced the N/A rate with Exempt and Out of Scope, so now you can specify whether transactions should be included in your VAT return or not. Existing N/A transactions have been migrated to whichever of Exempt or Out of Scope matched their old behaviour.
