Hello Everyone,
We have made some changes to enable the use of the API for unincorporated landlord account types. This new company type is currently only available to our accountants channel initially.
We have now allowed the creation of a property object for these new company types and will allow some items to be tagged with a property_id. These items can even be required to be linked to a property so this these changes will allow the below endpoints to be used for unincorporated landlord company types, when the supply of a property_id is required:
bank_transaction_explanations
bills
credit_notes
expenses
invoices
Journal_sets
You can read more about how to actually use this new functionality on the new account types under each of the endpoints on our API documentation.These changes will only affect companies that are the new unincorporated landlord company type and there is no effect to other company types.
