I am trying to create a sandbox api account however I am unable to
select a business category from the drop down. I have attached a
screenshot. I have tried on 2 different browsers - firefox and chrome.

Apologies for this; it looks like something went wrong when the sandbox environment’s database was reseeded recently. It should now be possible to select a business category.
