Are there any practical differences to be aware of when dealing with a UkUnincorporatedLandlord from an API perspective?
Or are they essentially the same as a UkSoleTrader, just marked as being a landlord?
Hi Rob,
The big difference for Landlord types is that they have access to the /v2/properties endpoint. We don’t support properties for other company types at the moment. Our UK Unincorporated Landlords also have a tweaked default chart of accounts, but the API endpoints will work the same to give you the information an integration would expect.
