Related to this Transactions missing during statement import post.
We’re planning to implement a polling feature to check if the transactions have been successfully created. However, it would be nice if we could put in a threshold i.e. if after sometime the imported transactions aren’t returned by the FreeAgent API or not in the FreeAgent application itself - then we would like to stop the polling and consider the import as failed on your end.
Can you recommend a threshold i.e. if the transactions aren’t returned 24 hours after the initial import then it’s likely to have failed on FA end.
