Submitted Timeslips not being logged

Hi.

We’ve built a hybrid time tracker and project/task creator web app
that allows us to submit timeslips as we work. We’ve noticed that
even though we are submitting the timeslips with the required fields
and Freeagent returns a 201 status code to confirm the timeslip has
been created, when we log into Freeagent the Timeslips have not been
logged.

This occurs for around 1 in 8 timeslips submitted. The only way we
can remedy this is to login to Freeagent, verify the timeslips have
been submitted and if not, resubmit the timeslip from our web app.

Anyone aware of such an issue like this or what the likely cause is?

Thanks,

Chris Imrie

Just to be an AOL user: me too. Never seen that happen in mobileAgent
dev… from submitting a weeks, a months, or a single one.On Wed, Nov 30, 2011 at 09:58, David Goodchild dave@davegoodchild.co.uk wrote:

Chris,

Is it definitely a 201 for the 1 out of 8? My tool is submitting
hundreds of timeslips now from a growing list of users and we’ve not
seen this?
I personally have create almost 60 in a single request.

What API version are you using?

Dave.
