Has anyone got the same or knows how it can be fixed?

Hi there,

It sounds like you’re trying to use accountant login details to a connect your API integration with FreeAgent. By default, our API is designed to accept the credentials of individual end-users, rather than the credentials of an accountant (which potentially grant access to hundreds of clients).

If you’re designing an integration to be used by accountants, you’ll need to reach out to the accountancy practice’s account manager here at FreeAgent, who can arrange to grant you access to FreeAgent’s Practice API end-points. There’s more information available here:
