Hey Guys,
The one thing missing from the Invoice API is the ability to set the
“Online payment options” (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Without this, it makes it impossible to send an Invoice with an online
payment option via the API.
Has anybody else run into this and, if so, what to do.
Help?

Thank you for your message and for your feedback.
As you’ve spotted, I’m afraid managing payment methods isn’t currently
supported via the API, though I see you’ve already located and up-voted our
feature request for this functionality:
This is one of our more popular API requests and is something that we’d
definitely like to support in the future.
There are a few edge-cases that we need to overcome first. For example, how
the API should behave if you try to enable a payment method with a provider
not yet integrated with your FreeAgent account.
Please rest assured that your request has been heard and that we’ll update
our Trello board as API development continues.
