Is there any way to see if a Timeslip has been locked due to having been
included in an invoice?
If not, could this be added as a feature?

Hi Sam,
I’m afraid we don’t currently expose whether a timeslip has been billed on
an invoice, though this is absolutely a good idea!
I’ve added your request to our list of proposed features and we’ll
hopefully blast through a load of these in the near future:
