We’re facing some issues with getting access to our production account.
We have lost access to the account where lives the production API keys and we need help to get some information on how to recover access to this account.
We use Codat to integrate our client’s accounting package and the API Keys used on Codat come from your system. The information that we have it’s at the moment it’s just the client ID associated with the application.
Are you able to provide the email address associated with the client id?
