Problem refreshing access_token

We are having a problem with our FreeAgent integration.

A token refresh seems to be failing. We’re getting this response:

HTTP Basic: Access denied

The customer seems to have a valid refresh token. The token itself was set
to expire 2016-02-25 15:59.

I know there was a change to the API SSL however I had tested the
application using the sandbox urls before the 22nd.

We use PHP and cURL to make API requests. Our integration has been live for
~2years and no recent changes have been made.

Hi any idea on this issue? On Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 5:06:10 PM UTC, Billy Jones wrote:

Hi Billy,

In order to help diagnose the problem, it would be good to have an idea
of when these attempted token refreshes are happening. We should then be
able to trace the requests and get a further idea of what is happening then.

If you’re happy to mail me off list with an approximate time and
timezone for the refresh token request that is failing, we can look into
this further for you.
