HI, I’ve been working on some backend on my website to call on the api to add customer information to freeagent. But when i go to the page on my site to auth the app link it get redirected to https://support.freeagent.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360002125180-Preventing-fraud?w=14
its been 3 days now with little to no support on fixing this or giving me some indcation on if its something my end that making it blocked.
Any help on this would be great

Just so you’re aware, the API forum is for dev-dev communication so we don’t have the same super fast responses our Support team can provide- we (the FreeAgent Engineers) tend to hold back to let the conversation flow. I can see though that you’re encountering something that would need our help so wanted to check in.
Support have raised this with us in Engineering so I wanted to make sure you’ve had a response and managed to get things working without the fraud page appearing?
