Old API turn off

First up, congrats on getting v2 out the door. Very impressive.

What’s the realistic time frame for v1 to be turned off? 3 months? 6
months? 96 hours?

Obviously, I have a vested interest in porting to v2 - I wanna have a
lot fewer “I can’t log in” type emails from users! - but it’s a matter
of finding the time.

Hi Gary

Yes, you certainly have a few weeks. What I’ll do is gather all the
information and post a new turn off date to the group in the coming days,
just so everyone is clear.

There’s a couple of features (I’ve already mentioned on list) that are supported in v1 but not v2.

It’d make me sad if they’re not moved over and v1 is killed.

:frowning:

Sad face.

It’s really the sales_tax_rate missing from Expenses that’s the stumbling
block for me. See

https://groups.google.com/d/topic/freeagent_api/tLHsRPBgECM/discussion

(I’m also curious about the dubious(?) manual sales tax amount that comes
back, is that correct?).

Thanks though, I’m all smiley face nowOn Monday, 5 November 2012 09:42:35 UTC, Graeme Boyd wrote:

What’s the realistic time frame for v1 to be turned off? 3 months? 6
months? 96 hours?

Obviously, I have a vested interest in porting to v2 - I wanna have a
lot fewer “I can’t log in” type emails from users! - but it’s a matter
of finding the time.

Cool. I hope to get MobileAgent moved over a long time before then. :)On Wed, Apr 18, 2012 at 16:37, Olly H olly@freeagent.com wrote:

Nic - 6 months is what we’ve discussed internally as our ideal time frame.
