Newly created categories not coming in api

Hi,

When I am creating a new category under Admin Expenses, it doesn’t come in api call.

Please update me regarding the same as soon as possible.

Hi Nishit,

That sounds quite unusual! Could you write up a list of steps you followed (how did you create the category, what API endpoint you called etc.), so I can try to reproduce this issue in my own sandbox account?

I created a category from this screen (freeagent.com/accounting_categories/admin_expenses_categories) and api end point is https://api.sandbox.freeagent.com/v2/categories

Hi Nishit,

I’ve tried this in my test account but was able to query the newly created category through the API with no problems :thinking: Could you double check you’re definitely authenticated with the correct company when querying the API? If the issue persists, could you DM me the subdomain of the company affected and the name of the user-created category?
