Hi Jon,
The API doesn’t support multiple projects on an invoice at this time. The
“primary” project will be returned when retrieving a multiple project
invoice.

Hi Jon,
It’s not possible to create invoices for multiple projects via the API. If
you create additional invoice items for an existing multiple projects
invoice, the new invoice items will be associated with the primary project.
This is a limitation at the moment and we did look into supporting it at
the time we launched the feature. There’s not enough information exposed
through the API to be able to create multiple project invoices given all
the possible edge cases.

Any possibility of retrieving multi-project invoices at least? Currently even if you specify the project url as a query string parameter on the invoice route, you just get the “parent” project.
