Invoices started coming through as draft on sandbox

Running through some tests this morning and I have noticed that when creating an invoice they are now being created with a draft status, my code has not changed and the previous tests all came though with a open status, which is correct.

Any ideas?

So its seems that I have reached the email litmit which is causing my invoices to be marked as draft.
