Extending my sandbox trial

Hi,

I’m using the account ellira.sandbox.freeagent.com to integrate and test our operations software with FreeAgent in preparation for MTD.

The portal is warning me that my “free trial” is expiring in 10 days. I would prefer not to have to set up a new sandbox account every 30 days!

Is it possible to extend the “trial” for me?

Hi Simon,

Despite the warning, free trials in the sandbox environment never actually expire so your account will continue to function as normal after the “expiration” date.
