Apologies for the delay.

I’m not 100% sure about the problem, but from looking at the error message it looks like the API app you’re using to access FreeAgent doesn’t have the Accountancy Practice API enabled on it, and you’re trying to access it as an account manager.

If you have access to the Developer Dashboard, you can try the steps listed in our API Docs here [FreeAgent Developer Dashboard] to enable that.
