API access is disabled while rebuilding company accounts

Hi there,

We’ve been seeing elevated errors while sending requests to the API, with the error message:

API access is disabled while rebuilding company accounts.

I’m not an accountant, but I’m presuming the “rebuilding” process is something our accountants have triggered (which is fine) - my question is, how long is this process expected to take? Should we be disabling our API requests until we’ve confirmation it’s complete?

As an aside, when I tried to log into FreeAgent, I found myself in a redirect loop. I think it’s to do with 2FA. I can log in, but then I’m redirected to /two_factor, which then redirects me to /recalculating_accounts, which then redirects me to /two_factor, and so on. Just figured I’d mention!
