We’re seeing near constant errors while sending requests to the API, with the error message:
API access is disabled while rebuilding company accounts.
The last time I spoke to someone (Jamie, a few months back) he suggested it was a process at your end which would finish up soon.
It started again on December 16th, so I necro’d the old thread rather than making a new one, pinged it again on January 5th, and have decided to open a new thread to see if it gets seen by the right people.
This feels like a very “us” and our account problem, so maybe it’s one to take to email rather than the forum?
