We can currently add a billing email address as well as an email address for the main client contact. However, this means that invoice reminders etc are emailed to finance but addressed to the main contact name. Ideally we could then specify whether reminders and thank yous should got to one or other or both

It sounds like the feature you’re requesting is something that is handled by the FreeAgent application rather than the API. I think the best thing to do here would be to get in touch with our Support team at support@freeagent.com, and they may be able to give you some advice on how to handle this situation, or will raise a feature request if not.
