Adding Box 190 support

Hi,

I am thinking of building something that will allow incorporated landlords to use FreeAgent, by adding Box 190 support outside of FreeAgent.

This is something that is absolutely needed in FreeAgent and a real miss that it hasn’t been done so far in my view. I am an accountant and I’d be happy to support.
