Accountancy practice API issue

Hi,

We have had a free agent integration working for nearly a year now, however we had a user come back to us asking why they didn’t have all their available business returned from the free agent API when the /clients endpoint is hit. It brings back about 20 business with 2 missing, so I don’t think it’s a code issue. Since we are hitting the endpoint to bring back all available business and not adding any additional sorting parameters, I’m unsure why the endpoint wouldn’t be returning all businesses.

Any advice ?
