I have recently signed up using Free Agent, I am not a technical person, can you tell me where I can get hold of my API/Secret keys for my account so I can pass on to my development team so they can access my transactional data.

If you haven’t already, create an app.
I’d recommend removing the default “OAuth Redirect URIs” and adding something like http://localhost:5656/callback or ask your dev team what their preference is.
After saving, the confirmation screen should show the OAuth credentials. There should also be a “Generate new secret” button here.
