Hi, I’m wondering if there is any way to get the Id of any entities (for example Bank Accounts) instead of Uri as the unique identifier, as a separate attribute from the server request?

Hi Altin,

I’m afraid at present there’s no way to retrieve the integer id value as a separate attribute from our API. I’ve explained the reasons for this on this past forum thread: [Please include id in responses](https://api-discuss.freeagent.com/t/please-include-id-in-responses/2205/2).

If you’re unable to use resource URIs as unique identifiers, could I ask you to give me a bit more details about what numeric ids would allow you to achieve that URIs don’t and how you’d use them?

Best wishes,

Ewa
