Currently we do not support setting the theme for an estimate or invoice
via the API. However, the estimates posted via the API are supposed to
inherit your currently selected theme. I will push a fix soon so they will.

Estimates posted through the API now use the theme selected in Settings →
Theme Gallery. Please let me know if you still run into issues.
